Thursday, September 11, from 4 to 6 PM a Peace Path will form along Charles Street from the Inner Harbor north to the Beltway. Individuals and groups will stand with signs promoting peace, as they have each year since 2002 in an event coordinated here in Baltimore by Women In Black. The people standing form a "reverse parade" - the parade is stationary and the spectators (motorists) pass by.
